Storage in an EHC humidity controlled room

Exposure to the vagaries of the weather can damage equipment, even for short periods. Cold, hot and humid outside temperatures, as well as the presence of sand, make it difficult for the maintenance team to ensure the availability of an aircraft.

The storage of your elements under EHC (Enclosure with Controlled Humidity) allows to put the arbi your expensive assets and to freeze their available potentials while waiting to be again airborne. It is set up by a specialized team according to the standards in force.

Protection against oxidation

and corrosion

To ensure full functionality, we insulate all deposited parts with VCI heat-sealable films. These transparent films are very resistant and allow handling and control of the parts stored in them during preservation renewals. They also contain an additive that will diffuse inside the packaging guaranteeing protection against oxidation and corrosion.

Humidity

Monitoring

Equipment is stored in a controlled environment that reduces the risk of moisture. This will positively impact the costs associated with maintenance. To achieve this, we have chosen to guarantee the quality of storage by incorporating a humidity monitoring device that reports changes in humidity levels. Humidity absorbers are also used to neutralize the formation of condensation during temperature changes in order to preserve the quality of the parts.
